Identifies new business opportunities 
Evaluates business potential of existing and new market 
Collects market information and analyze statistical data 
Screens possibility of new business opportunities in line with organization strategy
Develops business model 
Explores optimal business model for new business opportunities by the way of comarketing, co-promotion, in-licensing, new distribution channel etc. 
Benchmarks competitors’ strategies and movements to suggest ideas for existing and new products 
Negotiates deal conditions and terms in an agreement with a partner in cooperation
Manages alliance partners 
Monitors issues of existing partnership and support commercial team to resolve those issues on hands 
Takes accountability of maintenance, renewal and termination of an agreement with an existing partner

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree  3+ years’ experience in Business Development and/or Alliance Management 
Minimum 7+ years’ experience 
Result-oriented, skillful communication, high-powered negotiation skills, strategic thinking and project management  Should be proficient in both written and spoken English 
1-2 years in senior Business Development specialist role, marketing experience in the healthcare industry, experience in a consulting firm are preferred
